Vivid Rest. -

A deeply immersive and nourishing group sound therapy session deigned to guide you into profound relaxation, nervous system reset, and energetic restoration.

Through group sound sessions, you’ll be immersed in layered sound frequncies created with crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, drums, and gong. These vibrations gently quiet the mind, soften the body, and invite your nervous system into a meditative, dreamlike state where stress releases and balance naturally returns.

Every sound carries vibration. When applied with intention, vibration helps guide the body back into harmony.

How Sound Therapy Works

  • Sound waves travel through the body, which is made up largely of water and connective tissue.

  • Vibrations interact with the nervous system, helping shift the body from a stress response into a relaxed state.

  • Specific frequencies can support areas of tension, stagnation, or imbalance.

  • The body naturally responds by slowing brainwaves, softening muscle tension, and regulating breath and heart rate.

What Is Sound Therapy?

Sound therapy is the therapeutic use of acoustic vibration to influence the body, mind, and energetic systems. Using instruments tuned to specific frequencies, sound therapy works with the body’s natural rhythms to encourage balance, relaxation, and coherence.

Unlike passive listening, this is an immersive, felt experience — where vibration is sensed not just through the ears, but throughout the entire body.
